Police say a 34-year-old man was stabbed in his leg early this morning after a verbal dispute in Greenpoint.

It happened around 5:20 a.m. on Dupont Street.

The victim was taken to the hospital but is expected to recover.

Police say the two did not know each other. No arrests have been made as of late Sunday morning.
