Exclusive: Pacha New York ready to open; announces free shuttle transportation and safety efforts
Ahead of Pacha New York's opening in Brooklyn, it was announced more upgrades are coming to Brooklyn over the next decade. The location was formerly The Brooklyn Mirage. The Pacha New York team say the $24 million investment will go into a "operational enhancement plan" as well as a $3 million dedicated to Brooklyn-based community initiatives. Some enhancements include complimentary shuttle transportation to key transit hubs in Brooklyn, Manhattan and Queens, expanded sanitation services, advanced security infrastructure, AI-powered capacity monitoring, private medical and wellness support, including an onsite infirmary and ambulance, real-time venue management systems, and dedicated neighborhood coordination efforts. Kabir Mulchandani, Chairman and CEO of FIVE Pacha Universe says "Over the past several months, we have engaged with community leaders, elected officials, local businesses, neighborhood organizations, city agencies, sanitation teams, transportation partners, law enforcement representatives, and stakeholders across Brooklyn. " The announcement comes as Pacha New York is officially ready to open its door after acquiring the necessary permits and approvals. The venue will kick off on June 13-14 with Rampa's UNLOCKED + UNBLOCKED followed by Michael Bibi and Black Coffee on June 20-21.
