Ingredients:
5 ea. Heirloom Tomato
½ cup Red Onion
2 cloves Garlic (chopped)
4 slices Grilled bread
10 leaves Basil
¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 ea. Burratta
3 tbs. Balsamic Glaze
2 tbs. Kosher Salt
Pich Black Pepper
Instructions:
Julienne red onion into thin slices and place in bowl with the balsamic glaze.
Cut tomatoes in un-uniform shapes, various cuts and place in mixing bowl.
Add chopped garlic, salt and pepper and mix well.
Pick basil leaves, julienne most, reserve smaller leaves and keep whole and toss the julienne basil with tomatoes.
Cut up bread by ripping rustic pieces and add to bowl and drizzle with more balsamic glaze and toss.
Plate salad and dress with more oil and glaze. Garnish with the reserved basil leaves and burrata.
