A family who was forced out of their Brownsville home after a fire now has the space they need.
A fire on Sept. 30 forced Cee, a woman who lives with her bed-bound son and her father, who has dementia, to relocate from their three-bedroom home that was needed to store their medical equipment.
She says NYCHA told her they would only let her family take a two-bedroom unit.
After News 12's report, Cee received a call from NYCHA letting her know they will get the three-bedroom space they need.
