Several people were taken into custody early Sunday morning during a protest against ICE, according to the New York City Police Department.
Police say ICE protesters gathered outside the Wyckoff Medical Center, where ICE was conducting its operations.
The NYPD said it was not involved in the ICE operation and responded only after reports of a disturbance at the site.
The protest was broken up around 5 a.m.
It is unknown at this time how many people were detained.
