A Manhattan man was sentenced to life in prison for breaking into his ex-girlfriend's home and killing her boyfriend.
The Brooklyn DA's Office says 39-year-old Michael Israel broke into the home in Coney Island in the middle of the night in January 2020.
They say he punched his ex-girlfriend in the face and then fatally stabbed her boyfriend, James Santiago.
