Steve's authentic key lime pie is a Red Hook institution that Miami native, Steve Tarpin, started over 30 years ago in 1994.

They serve their key lime pies right through the bakery's front window, and can make up to 1,200 mini pies in a day.

The pies only have five ingredients, including freshly squeezed key lime juice.
