Late mob boss John Gotti’s grandson was sentenced Monday to 1 year and 3 months in jail.

Carmine Agnello faced up to 41 months in federal prison for COVID loan fraud.

He will surrender himself to authorities on July 20.

The 39-year-old of Smithtown lied on applications to get nearly $1 million.

Agnello asked the judge to forego his sentencing entirely so he could donate a kidney to his mother Victoria Gotti. The request was denied.

Agnello could have faced up to 30 years in prison.
