A 27‑year‑old woman was shot in the right thigh Saturday morning in Canarsie, according to the NYPD.

Police responded at 1:50 a.m. to a 911 call for a shooting at 8920 Ave D.

The woman was taken to Brookdale Hospital in stable condition.

Police are looking for a man wearing a white T‑shirt, black pants, and black‑and‑white sneakers.

No arrests have been made, and the investigation is ongoing.
